Mark Krause is an Associate Attorney in the California Bankruptcy Department at the Firm. Graduating Cum Laude on a President’s Scholarship, Mr. Krause received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2014. During his time at Pepperdine, Mr. Krause served as a law clerk for Azusa Pacific University’s Office of the General Counsel, a certified law clerk for the Victim Impact Program in the Compton Branch of the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, and as a research assistant to both the Director of the Herbert and Elinor Nootbaar Institute on Law, Religion, and Ethics, and Louis D. Brandeis Professor of Law, Robert Cochran.


Mr. Krause is licensed to practice in California. He was a member of Pepperdine’s branch of the Federalist Society and Co-Chair of Pepperdine’s Interfaith Council.
