John C. Steele is the Managing Litigation Attorney at the Firm. He is a trial attorney with over 20 years experience litigating in state and federal courts, as well as various arbitration tribunals (AAA, JAMS, ADR Services, and FINRA). Mr. Steele’s practice focuses on complex litigation and class actions including mortgage, banking, securities, real property, and employment disputes. He represents mortgage servicers and banks, Fortune 500 companies, and corporate officers and directors through trial in a wide variety of business disputes involving allegations of fraud, wrongful foreclosure, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, negligence, breach of contract, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, and misappropriation of trade secrets. Mr. Steele also advises clients in regulatory matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Steele was a partner at the law firms of Palmer Lombardi & Donohue LLP and Zelle, Hoffmann, Voelbel, Mason & Gette LLP, and was previously associated with Latham & Watkins LLP. Mr. Steele is licensed to practice in the State of California.


Mr. Steele is a member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Los Angeles Inns of Court.
