Kim R. Lepore-Quam is the Managing Arizona Partner of our office located in Phoenix. Ms. Lepore-Quam has over 20 years of litigation experience, including over 14 years of experience in all aspects of default servicing and mortgage banking litigation representing and defending lenders, investors, loan servicers and foreclosure trustees. Prior to joining our Firm in 2018, Ms. Lepore-Quam started up and was the Managing Attorney of the Arizona office for two regional law firms for 8 years, including a period where she managed loan servicing, title and bankruptcy matters across the country for a nationwide loan servicer. Ms. Lepore-Quam has extensive experience with mortgage default litigation, title curative litigation, eviction matters, foreclosures, and appellate practice.


Ms. Lepore-Quam is licensed to practice law in all state and United States District Courts within the States of Arizona and California, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Ms. Lepore-Quam is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Real Estate Section of the State Bar of Arizona. Ms. Lepore-Quam is currently the President of the Arizona Trustee Association and is a member of the Legislative and Convention Committees. She has also served on the ATA’s Board of Directors and was the Education Chair for two years.

Ms. Lepore-Quam graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University College of Business in Tempe, Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management in 1994. She earned her Juris Doctor from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 1998.
