Les Zieve, Founding Partner at ZBS Law, LLP has represented creditors in bankruptcy cases and litigation for over 30 years. Mr. Zieve has extensive experience in mortgage lending and servicing, real estate, and general business matters. He regularly appears before all of the bankruptcy judges presiding throughout California. Mr. Zieve graduated in 1982 from the University of Southern California, magna cum laude, with a degree in Economics and earned his Juris Doctor in 1985 from the University of California Hastings College of Law in 1985. Mr. Zieve is licensed to practice law in the State of California.

In February 2002, he completed the Fannie Mae Institute’s course on Controlling Default. From 1998-2004, Mr. Zieve regularly sat as a temporary judge in Los Angeles County Superior Court, presiding over a variety of civil and traffic matters.
