Marvin Adviento is a senior associate attorney in the Firm’s Irvine office. Mr. Adviento has over ten years of experience representing financial institutions in all stages of litigation, including trial and appeal. Prior to that, Mr. Adviento obtained valuable trial experience as a Deputy District Attorney for the County of San Bernardino. In addition, Mr. Adviento represents individuals in a variety of real estate-related cases including habitability, premises liability, and landlord-tenant matters.
LEADERSHIP, MEMBERSHIP & HONORS
Mr. Adviento was the past Chair of the Chapman University School of Law Alumni Advisory Board, a member of the University of California, Riverside Orange County Alumni Board, and a member of the Asian Business Association of Orange County. He is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association’s Banking and Lending section and Appellate Practice section. Additionally, Mr. Adviento is a member of the Philippine American Bar Association and the Filipino Lawyers of Orange County.

Mr. Adviento graduated from the University of California, Riverside in 2000 with a degree in Philosophy/Law and Society. He later graduated from Chapman University School of Law in 2005.
