Marvin Adviento is a senior associate attorney in the Firm’s Irvine office. Mr. Adviento has over ten years of experience representing financial institutions in all stages of litigation, including trial and appeal. Prior to that, Mr. Adviento obtained valuable trial experience as a Deputy District Attorney for the County of San Bernardino. In addition, Mr. Adviento represents individuals in a variety of real estate-related cases including habitability, premises liability, and landlord-tenant matters. He is also is a member of the Orange County Bar Association’s Banking and Lending section and Appellate Practice section. Additionally, Mr. Adviento is a member of the Philippine American Bar Association and the Filipino Lawyers of Orange County.
