We are looking for an attorney in good standing with the Arizona Bar to manage a satellite office. We are looking for a motivated and driven individual who wants to take control of an office with an established client base and caseload, but who is still hungry and wants to grow the firm’s market share in the state of Arizona through their great work and client development.
We are a growing mid-sized law firm looking for a highly motivated attorney with 5 or more years of Arizona-specific experience in the practice areas associated with mortgage default servicing. These areas include but are not limited to representing mortgage lenders and investors in nonjudicial foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, and litigation. All candidates must be active members of the Arizona State Bar and be in good standing.
With this position you will have to wear many hats including: overseeing office operations, handling a caseload, and seeking to develop new business lines that will benefit you individually, the firm and the Client. The ideal candidate should have:
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- an in-depth understanding of Arizona foreclosure processes
- excellent client relation skills
- experience managing and directing employees
