Jonathan Damen

Mr. Damen is the Managing Compliance Attorney in our Irvine office. He has over fifteen years of experience in the default servicing industry representing financial institutions in the areas of compliance, eviction, litigation and bankruptcy. Mr. Damen routinely represents clients in both state and federal courts.

LEADERSHIP, MEMBERSHIP & HONORS

Mr. Damen graduated Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Dallas, and was a member of the Psychology Coalition National Honors Society, as well as being selected as a member of the National Dean’s List. Mr. Damen was a Merit Scholarship recipient during his law school term, and clerked for two family court Judges. Mr. Damen has been licensed to practice law in the State of California since 2007, and he is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Central Districts of California.
