Raymond Jereza is the firm’s Managing Surplus and Eviction Attorney. He has over ten years of experience representing financial institutions, mortgage servicers, banks, private investors, and Fortune 500 companies in the areas of litigation, bankruptcy, and eviction. Mr. Jereza handles matters in both state and federal court and is admitted to practice in California and Nevada.
