Scott D Crawford is the Managing Attorney for Washington and Oregon. Mr. Crawford brings over 14 years of diverse legal experience in representation of financial institutions, mortgage servicers, trustees, and title insurance companies in state, federal and bankruptcy courts throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond. His practice is currently centered within the areas of default servicing, judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, bankruptcy, and wrongful foreclosure litigation. Mr. Crawford is admitted to practice in all state and federal jurisdictions in Washington and Oregon. Scott enjoys international travel, seeing and playing live music, and living in and exploring the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest with his family.


Mr. Crawford graduated from Miami University with double majors in Zoology and Geography and a minor in Latin American Studies. He earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1999 and was a Summer Intern for the Honorable Carol Los Mansmann, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. After practicing law in Pennsylvania for over three years, Mr. Crawford relocated to the Seattle area in 2003 where he continued his creditors’ rights practice before acting as Staff Attorney for the Office of the Chapter 13 Trustee for four years.
