Mr. Pierce has over twenty years of litigation, courtroom and mediation experience in areas that include real property disputes, evictions, construction law, contract disputes, torts, insurance law, and a variety of other general civil litigation matters.

LEADERSHIP, MEMBERSHIP & HONORS

Tom B. Pierce is admitted to practice in the State of Washington and in U.S. District Court for the State of Washington. Mr. Pierce is a member of the Creditor-Debtor and Litigation Section of the Washington State Bar Association. He is also a member of the King County Bar Association and previously served as a volunteer mentor attorney in their program.  He has also served as a board member of local non-profit organizations, a former volunteer of Big Brothers of King County for over ten years and recipient of the Big Brother of the Year award during that period.
