Mr. Ryan Davies is a Managing Attorney working in the firm’s Litigation and Judicial Foreclosure Departments. He has extensive experience practicing in the areas of creditor’s rights and bankruptcy. Prior to joining the Needs to be Zieve Brodnax & Steele, LLP he represented small and medium sized businesses in real estate and corporate transactional matters. During this time he also had the opportunity to represent mortgage lenders, automotive lenders and chapter 7 Trustees.
Katherine Walker represents major financial institutions, including banks, mortgage lenders, consumer financial companies and trustees in all stages of litigation. Mrs. Walker’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions in complex business litigation matters both locally and nationally before state and federal trial and appellate courts.
Mr. Cook is the managing attorney in our Arizona office. He has over 10 years of experience in the default servicing industry representing lenders in the areas of foreclosure, litigation, evictions, mediations and bankruptcy.
Mark Krause is an Associate Bankruptcy Attorney in the firm’s Irvine office. Mr. Krause received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a minor in Biblical and Theological Studies from Biola University in 2009.
Mr. Stibor is the Managing Attorney in our Nevada office. He has 9 years of experience representing lenders and investment companies on a variety of matters including creditor rights, bankruptcy, foreclosure, eviction and commercial leasing.
An accomplished litigator with extensive experience before state and federal courts in a variety of areas, including consumer financial services, business, employment, insurance bad faith and real estate litigation.
Jennifer Needs is a Senior Litigation Associate in the Firm’s Irvine office. She is a seasoned attorney who represents clients in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts throughout California. Her practice emphasizes representation of creditors in matters involving defaulted loans, foreclosures, receiverships, fraud, and lender liability. She also has extensive experience in real estate disputes, unlawful detainer, title curative, probate and trust litigation, adversary bankruptcy, and post-judgment enforcement.
Jatin Patel is an associate attorney working in the firm’s Litigation and Title Curative departments. He represents clients in all state and federal courts throughout the state of California and is a Certified Mediator. Jatin Patel has experience litigating, defending and managing class actions for wage and hour and Fair Credit Reporting Act violations, litigating discrimination, harassment, and disability claims, and drafting in house policies for corporations and partnerships.
In his free time Jatin Patel enjoys cooking, and spending time with his family.
Joseph Tirello is an associate attorney in our Phoenix, AZ office. Mr. Tirello was admitted to practice law in Arizona in November of 2016. Prior to that he worked as a paralegal with our Firm. Mr. Tirello has over nine years to experience in bankruptcy and general litigation matters. In his short time in the role of representing clients in court, he has successfully defended clients from sanction actions and preserved multimillion dollar claims from discharge.
Shadd A. Wade is the firm’s Managing Litigation Attorney for Nevada. Mr. Wade’s practice focuses on complex litigation related to real property, mortgage, banking, foreclosure, contracts, and lien disputes. He has over seven years of experience representing mortgage servicers, banks, private investors, and Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Wade is licensed to practice in the State of Nevada.
Christopher S. Connell practices in the areas of business litigation, intellectual property, commercial transactions, real estate, business consultations, and bankruptcy. Mr. Connell received his Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law and his M.B.A. (Beta Gamma Sigma) from the Lee School of Business at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Amy Harrington joined Zieve Brodnax and Steele in 2017 as an associate attorney practicing out of our Oregon office. Ms. Harrington’s practice focuses on bankruptcy and litigation in state and federal court, where she represents financial institutions and mortgage servicers in forcible entry and detainer actions, bankruptcy proceedings, wrongful foreclosure, breach of contract, fraud, and other banking and real property disputes.
Scott D Crawford is the Managing Attorney for Washington and Oregon. Mr. Crawford brings over 14 years of diverse legal experience in representation of financial institutions, mortgage servicer’s, trustees, and title insurance companies in state, federal and bankruptcy courts throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
