Mrs. Walker’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions in complex business litigation matters both locally and nationally before state and federal trial and appellate courts.
Mr. Ryan Davies is a Managing Attorney working in the firm’s Litigation and Judicial Foreclosure Departments. He has extensive experience practicing in the areas of creditor’s rights and bankruptcy. Prior to joining Zieve Brodnax & Steele, LLP he represented small and medium sized businesses in real estate and corporate transactional matters. During this time he also had the opportunity to represent mortgage lenders, automotive lenders and chapter 7 Trustees.
Erin McCartney is the Managing Bankruptcy Attorney in our Irvine office. She has over 8 years of experience representing clients in bankruptcy related matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. McCartney practiced as one of the highest single volume and billing bankruptcy attorneys in the state of Nebraska. She specialized in complex bankruptcy matters relating to all Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings.
Scott D. Crawford is the Managing Attorney for Washington and Oregon. Mr. Crawford brings over 14 years of diverse legal experience in representation of financial institutions, mortgage servicers, trustees, and title insurance companies in state, federal and bankruptcy courts throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond. His practice is currently centered within the areas of default servicing, judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, bankruptcy, and wrongful foreclosure litigation.
Mark Krause is an Associate Bankruptcy Attorney in the firm’s Irvine office. Mr. Krause received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a minor in Biblical and Theological Studies from Biola University in 2009.
Mr. Stibor is the Managing Attorney in our Nevada office. He has 9 years of experience representing lenders and investment companies on a variety of matters including creditor rights, bankruptcy, foreclosure, eviction and commercial leasing.
Jeff Myers is a Managing Attorney in the Oregon division of Zieve Brodnax & Steele, LLP focusing on foreclosure litigation, FED litigation, mediations, title litigation and real property disputes. Mr. Myers has litigated these matters for nearly a decade in both state and federal court at both the trial and appellate level.
Jennifer Needs is a Senior Litigation Associate in the Firm’s Irvine office. She is a seasoned attorney who represents clients in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts throughout California. Her practice emphasizes representation of creditors in matters involving defaulted loans, foreclosures, receiverships, fraud, and lender liability.
Joseph Tirello is an associate attorney in our Phoenix, AZ office. Mr. Tirello was admitted to practice law in Arizona in November of 2016. Prior to that he worked as a paralegal with our Firm. Mr. Tirello has over nine years to experience in bankruptcy and general litigation matters. In his short time in the role of representing clients in court, he has successfully defended clients from sanction actions and preserved multimillion dollar claims from discharge.
Jeff Tchakarov is an associate litigation attorney in the firm’s Irvine office. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tchakarov served as a judicial law clerk for the following bankruptcy judges in the Central District of California: Honorable Peter Carroll, Honorable Julia Brand, and Honorable Sheri Bluebond. His practice emphasizes matters involving defaulted loans, foreclosures, lender liability, and bankruptcy.
Mr. Damen is the Managing Eviction Attorney in our Irvine office. He has over eight years of experience in the default servicing industry representing financial institutions in the areas of eviction, litigation and bankruptcy. Mr. Damen routinely represents clients in both state and federal courts.
Brad E. Klein is an associate attorney in the Firm’s Irvine office. Mr. Klein regularly practices in state, federal, and appellate courts throughout the Western Region of the United States and represents clients in all phases of litigation. He is licensed to practice in California, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, and New Mexico. Mr. Klein is a civil litigation trial attorney with a focus on real estate and business disputes including lender, loan servicer, and trustee defense.
Talia M. Cortese is an associate Eviction Attorney in the Firm’s Irvine office. Ms. Cortese represents clients in all phases of post-foreclosure unlawful detainer actions. Ms. Cortese is licensed to practice law in California. She has extensive experience in handling landlord-tenant and contract disputes.
Kim R. Lepore is the Managing Attorney of our Arizona office located in Phoenix. In 2018, Ms. Lepore celebrated her 20th year as an attorney. She has over 14 years of experience in all aspects of default servicing and mortgage banking litigation representing and defending lenders, investors, loan servicers and foreclosure trustees.

Mr. Wade’s practice focuses on complex litigation related to real property, mortgage, banking, foreclosure, contracts, and lien disputes. He has over seven years of experience representing mortgage servicers, banks, private investors, and Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Wade is licensed to practice in the State of Nevada.
Since earning his JD, Kingston has worked in the default industry representing both creditors and debtors in judicial foreclosure actions and foreclosure mediations. At a previous firm, Kingston managed both the Washington State foreclosure mediation program and the firm’s Compliance department. In his free time Kingston enjoys spending time with his daughter, reading, and watching the Chicago Cubs.
