Mr. Ryan Davies is a Managing Attorney working in the firm’s Litigation and Judicial Foreclosure Departments. He has extensive experience practicing in the areas of creditor’s rights and bankruptcy. Prior to joining Zieve Brodnax & Steele, LLP he represented small and medium sized businesses in real estate and corporate transactional matters. During this time he also had the opportunity to represent mortgage lenders, automotive lenders and chapter 7 Trustees.
Katherine Walker represents major financial institutions, including banks, mortgage lenders, consumer financial companies and trustees in all stages of litigation. Mrs. Walker’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions in complex business litigation matters both locally and nationally before state and federal trial and appellate courts.
An accomplished litigator with extensive experience before state and federal courts in a variety of areas, including consumer financial services, business, employment, insurance bad faith and real estate litigation.
Mark Krause is an Associate Bankruptcy Attorney in the firm’s Irvine office. Mr. Krause received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a minor in Biblical and Theological Studies from Biola University in 2009.
Mr. Stibor is the Managing Attorney in our Nevada office. He has 9 years of experience representing lenders and investment companies on a variety of matters including creditor rights, bankruptcy, foreclosure, eviction and commercial leasing.
Amy Harrington joined Zieve Brodnax and Steele in 2017 as an associate attorney practicing out of our Oregon office. Ms. Harrington’s practice focuses on bankruptcy and litigation in state and federal court, where she represents financial institutions and mortgage servicers in forcible entry and detainer actions, bankruptcy proceedings, wrongful foreclosure, breach of contract, fraud, and other banking and real property disputes.
Jennifer Needs is the Managing Litigation Attorney in the Firm’s Irvine office. She is a seasoned attorney who represents clients in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts throughout California. Her practice emphasizes representation of creditors in matters involving defaulted loans, foreclosures, receiverships, fraud, and lender liability. She also has extensive experience in real estate disputes, unlawful detainer, title curative, probate and trust litigation, adversary bankruptcy, and post-judgment enforcement.
Joseph Tirello is an associate attorney in our Phoenix, AZ office. Mr. Tirello was admitted to practice law in Arizona in November of 2016. Prior to that he worked as a paralegal with our Firm. Mr. Tirello has over nine years to experience in bankruptcy and general litigation matters. In his short time in the role of representing clients in court, he has successfully defended clients from sanction actions and preserved multimillion dollar claims from discharge.
Shadd A. Wade is the firm’s Managing Litigation Attorney for Nevada. Mr. Wade’s practice focuses on complex litigation related to real property, mortgage, banking, foreclosure, contracts, and lien disputes. He has over seven years of experience representing mortgage servicers, banks, private investors, and Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Wade is licensed to practice in the State of Nevada.
Mr. Damen is the Managing Eviction Attorney in our Irvine office. He has over eight years of experience in the default servicing industry representing financial institutions in the areas of eviction, litigation and bankruptcy. Mr. Damn routinely represents clients in both state and federal courts.
Northwest Regional Manager – WA and OR
Janaya has over 15 years of experience representing institutional lenders in the areas of foreclosure related litigation, title issues, evictions and judicial foreclosures. Prior to joining the firm, Janaya managed a large firm, focusing on developing operational efficiencies. While at her prior firm, she established and led two new large practice groups made necessary by State law changes. While there, she also helped develop a new mediation team for the state of Oregon. In 2002, Janaya managed practice groups in both evictions and judicial foreclosures for the states of Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Janaya will be overseeing the operation of ZBS practice areas in Oregon and Washington. With her extensive background practicing in those jurisdictions, she is uniquely suited to help the firm grow and thrive.
Jeff Tchakarov is an associate litigation attorney in the firm’s Irvine office. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tchakarov served as a judicial law clerk for the following bankruptcy judges in the Central District of California: Honorable Peter Carroll, Honorable Julia Brand, and Honorable Sheri Bluebond. His practice emphasizes matters involving defaulted loans, foreclosures, lender liability, and bankruptcy.
